to register you -- before you look at anything. You
cannot go there by yourself without your 1st Choice Homes
Agent or they may not be able to
help you!
Critical information you
need to find out about because it could costs you hundreds
of dollars more each month for your mortgage payment.
This could
make a new construction home that seemed affordable before
just too much for you to manage. Have their answers put
into writing on company letterhead, dated, and signed by an
authorized representative or the builder.
Does
this particular development charge homeowner association
fees?
Is this particular development in a Special
Service Area?
If so, what are the charges per month for the
special assessment and/or homeowner association fees and for
how many months/years?
Are there any more additional fees or charges
you (the buyer) need to know about? If so, get the specifics in
writing.

sure you find out.)
