you go to open houses, don't forget to let the agent
hosting the open house know you are our client and ask them if its okay
to preview it without us there! They may ask for our business
card and you shouldn't have to sign a guest register, but if they
insist, just print our name and company info - not yours. This is a
professional courtesy most of us extend to each other since it's
impossible for us to be in different places at the same time because of
schedule conflicts.
If the other agent says it's not
okay for you to tour the property without us there with you, no problem: you
must promptly leave the property then let us know the address
and we'll schedule an appointment to see it inside as soon as possible.
