We take your privacy seriously, just as we value our own.  Never, under any circumstances will any confidential information be given to anyone outside our staff unless legally required to do so or to remain in compliance with MLS Rules and Regulations.   Possible exceptions to this would only be to help you in the purchase and/or sale of a property where we need to talk with other professionals you have chosen (i.e. attorney, lender,  etc.) in order to bring about a successful closure.

Your information will never be sold, given, bartered or traded - for any reason.  We promise.  In keeping with new laws, all personal and confidential information is machine shredded after the mandatory record keeping time has passed.  This includes all email addresses, names, addresses, phone numbers, any and all financial information, and any other personal and confidential information we have on file.  It includes all papers, disks, computer hard drives are totally destroyed, etc.  This is never given to someone else to do, the broker personally handles this. 

Any of our site's registration forms may require users to give contact information, various other information and real estate needs requirements in order to provide you with the best guidance, information and real estate services designed specifically for you and your situation.  The information gathered is used only to provide professional real estate services to you.  It remains in our computer files and/or other files (paper trails) as may be required for MLS compliance, state, and/or federal requirements.

Trust and loyalty is a two way street.  You to us and vice versa.  We rely on your integrity to supply accurate information and that your intentions and desires are sincere, just as you mutually rely on us.   Our belief is that if you are serious about your real estate needs and goals, as long as you have our assurance about your privacy and confidentiality, and that you can discontinue at any time, then you should have no problem supplying the required information. 

We can understand why some people may be reluctant to give information but we promise not to abuse your trust in us.  Communication is essential for us to sell your property or find your new home.  Wouldn't you feel terrible if the house you've been looking for came on the market, was expected to sell quickly, if we don't have your phone numbers, we're  left only with email, do you check your email frequently?

Also, we are required by law to keep records for a certain amount of time, should a need arise from an authority who may request such information.  Once this time period has expired, I personally and permanently, destroy all of your contact information and records by shredder.  That includes all papers, disks of all types, and when it comes time for our computers to be replaced I will personally and permanently erase and then destroy the hard drive, rendering it forever useless by anyone.
